Optimize Digital needed filtering more than discovery. Roughly 20 sources were live and posting work they could bid on.

What we built

Configured source connectors, structured extraction, three independent review signals, daily digests, same-day alerts, and a hosted opportunity workspace.

What it did in July 2026

20 sources monitored daily. 52 records captured, 47 unique. 32 rated high fit, 29 unique. 45 notifications sent: 31 daily digests and 14 same-day urgent alerts. Two short-window catches alerted on publication day.
